Hi,

You can use a MAX() function in a chart to pick out the latest timestap:

Load changed_by,
     timestamp(Timestamp#(updated_at,'YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.fffZ')) as updated_at  
FROM Source;

Inner Join(Data)
Load changed_by,
     timestamp(max(updated_at)) as updated_at
Resident Data
Group by changed_by;
