MultiBox Allow Move/Size

Why is it that, even though I have unticked the box "Allow Move/Size" under Properties / Layout tab / Options for my Multi Box, it still is possible to resize it when the app is published on our company's intranet?

The user is able to manually resize the Multi Box size

Might be the user is admin so he has access to resize, Tyr Unchecking the Documents Properties -> Security -> Admin Override Security

But no, the "Admin Override Security" box is unticked.

Try the option Document Properties -> Layout -> Uncheck Allow Move/Size check box.

This method worked when editing the .qvw file (that is the Multi Box was not possible to manually resize). However, after publishing the app on our intranet, the Multi Box is still possible to manually resize. Any other suggestion..?

Oddly enough, my List boxes with the same settings are not possible to resize.
