Need Help Link Table

Hi ,

I have 2  facts tables : Sales & Budget and one common dimension. The grain of the sales fact is YYYYMMDD and budget : YYYYMM.

I create a table link but my dimension time doesn't work. Could you please help me ?

I really need help.

I would not use a link table. I would concatenate the two tables and use a generic key for the calendar dimension. The generic key can be made so that it allows a mixed granularity.

I created 2 models.

One using concatenation fact tables. It works good but I would test a second method with link table to compare the scenario.
