Hi All,

Please help me on the below requirement.

I need to show no of called resolved with  the SLA priority wise  as per attached excel.

I attached the qlikview application .

I achived no of call priority wise ,avg no of calls priority wise,SLA aggred, but want to find no of called resolved with  the SLA as per the attached excel.
