No access for admins but user access works fine.

I have a qlikview front end which loads in section access from an excel file.

it works fine for the users to have access (and limit them to their respective areas as outlined in the section access excel file).

however anyone under the admin headings in the section access file cannot even open the document and get the following error:

Failed to open document, you dont have access to this document.

I'm not sure when this started but it had always worked fine for everyone.

any ideas?

Section access file is like this:

User/Admin	Name	NT logon	code

Fixed this by unticking strict exclusion:

In the Document Properties - Opening - "Initial Data Reduction Based on Section Access" - "Strict Exclusion"
