No connection error message on access point

We get the error message often (once a week) since setting the working set lower and wondering if there is any solution other than increasing RAM or optimizing the QV documents...

Any idea?

1.Restart the QV server.

2.Check the number of concurrent users.

3.Check any of your QV server are down

If you have any old meta data files, please remove them!

- Any Antivirus and Firewall might be obstructing.. turn off Antivirus

- Restart your QV related servers

This will work!

    • There is no old meta data files on our server.
  • Any Antivirus and Firewall might be obstructing.. turn off Antivirus
    • We do not have Any Antivirus and Firewall on the server, we have them on some of our users PC but when the issue occurs, Everyone has the issue.
  • Restart your QV related servers
    • That is what we do always to recover it temporally but it does not help solving the root issue.

Actually I should have mentioned that I do what you suggested on each time when I see the issue as the temporally solution. What I wanted to know is to encounter the root issue other than increasing the RAM usage or optimizing the QVWs.

That is what we do always to recover it temporally. I just wanted to know the root issue solution. Thanks anyway.
