Not able to download QlikView 11

I am not able to download the Qlikview 11. Please suggest

to download qlikview ,you neeed to be qlikteech partner.if your company is partner then using partner id you will be able to download .

Even I am unable to download qv11....what id partner Id and its not asking any partner ID to enter.......
