Not able to republish an application

Hello,

I have this issue that for a certain application (only a specific one) I am unable to republsih the application by replaceing the already existing one , I get the following message:

Do you know if there is a log file that I can check? Or how to fix this, or even where the problem might be coming from?

Also if I try to do this from the QMC I get the following
