This might be stupid thing to ask, but did you give yourself access and reloaded the app after giving yourself access?

Hi,

Are you distributing the Application to Another Folder from QMC?

have you done Reload from QMC?

if Yes check in that folder that Application in available or not?

if available Right click and go to the properties --> Security Tab --> Name of the User.

Thanks,

Mukram,

It was deployed by somebody else.

can you cross check with team who deploy and develop this application like "Does user NTFS added for that user? or not". Could be the user may not under NTFS..!

Hi, Actually the application was deployed by somebody in the Org. So even i am not clear on your first question.

If i look at the task history in QMC it is reloading without any issues.

When i open the access point i can see the app in the dashboard in the list but i can't access as there is no DOC CAL assigned to my name. that is fair enough.

There is one another user for whom a DOC CAL is assigned but he can't see the app in the access point.

thank you.

But do you see your user name on the task distribution list? If your name is not there, then you might not have access to it. All you need to do is to give yourself access

Hi, thanks for all the suggestions.

We are able to fix the issue after disabling the Strict Exclusion option in the document properties.

Thank you.

Any idea why the access works fine for most users, but for some we need to go to Security --> Properties and then give authorization at file level... all users are on same domain, just don't get it!!
