Number minus the same number doesn't equal zero

Any help with this would be much appreciated...

1 second is not exactly equal to 0.000011574

When I do the calculation in Excel I get: 0000115740740740741, but that is not exactly right either because of rounding errors and converting between base 2 and base 10.

I usually use just the Date part when I do incremental loads.

Solved it.  Using the interval function.
