Can anyone please tell me the use of opening image in Qlikview.

Go to Document Setting -> Opening -> select image

This feature is used as a "welcome image" or for displaying messages before the application is accessed

I am aware about the settings, and also, that it does not work on AJAX....

In websites, like we have promo codes and a button in the opening image.

In the similar way, what are the uasage of opening image in Qlikview.

you can use the option for display logos , imp messages , any specific alerts.
