Un optimized QVD load

contains 1)transformations

             2)where condition on QVDS

             3)exist with 2 parameters

For optimized qvd load

means simple renaming fields and and exist with 1 parameter is allowed here.

if do optimized load or not Qvd is faster than loading data from other sources.

Optimized means you load large data set with where(Exists) command and set of data is loaded with this command.
