PDF Print from an edge-pointer not possible

Hello everybody,

sorry for posting my massage in German. Here is my question in English:

I have a Problem with the attached PDF Print. If I want to make a PDF print from the edge-pointer (I hope this is the right word for it in English) I always get a ying and ying shing out of it.

Could you please help me with this issue?
