PGO to XML QlikView 12

Good morning,

I need to get Document and Named CAL information from the xml file.

I find many references to setting the "pgoAsXmlAlso=1" in the settings.ini file. I am about to make this change over the weekend, but the thought just struck me. Is this still the same process to follow with QV Server 12 - with Publisher?

Hi,

You supposed to stop the services and set pgoAsXmlAlso=1 and restart the services to get the setting changed.

are you following the above practice?

I have implemented the change to the ini file yet. I would like to confirm that the principle for QlikView 12 is the same?

I followed this practice since QV 11 but yet to check on QV12. there is no changes mentioned on the QV12 release documents as well. so the same practice should work on QV 12 as well.

But i suggest you to get some experts advice on this.
