we are facing problem in QlikView Reloading fail it gives following error.

Hi,
This is generic error it could come due to many reasons like.
1) Database unavailable at that instance
2) database is fully busy and it close connection
3) Antivirus may cause this.
To get specific error.
Open your Qlik App in desktop go to setting --> Document properties --> General tab --> Select generate log file.
Now schedule your task and share with us log file it generated.
You will find the same in below path.
C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService\1\Log

Yes Ashfaq we have use section access
Two things here.
1) Make sure your service account is a part of your Section access admin group.
2) Go to Distribution service in you QMC go to advance tab and provide section access admin credentials.

The issue is most likely the line:
01) Error: Document open call failed. The document might require username and password.
If the qvw has section access, then ensure the user running the QV services is added as ADMIN to your SA load, reload via QV Desktop, save and reload from QMC.
