Parents, children and brothers calcul with hierarchy

Hi,

I realised a hierarchy and I would like to know how to calculate father, children and brothers ? See below an extract of my hierarchy and what I try to do :

You will find attached XLS file with data. I've tried everything with set analysis or AGGR function but nothing to do.
