Partial sum is zero in Pivot Table

Why partial sum for "Total Sale" is 0 ?

go to chart properties --> Expression tab --> select sum of rows in total mode

Total Mode is disable (grey) in Expression tab.

= If(RowNo() = 0 or IsNull(RowNo()), Num(Sum(Aggr(Sum({<YearMonth={"=YearMonth"}>} Foroosh)* (Fe),CodeKala)),'###,###,###.#0'),  Sum({<YearMonth={"=YearMonth"}>} Foroosh)* (Fe))
