Passing values dynamically to url's from straight table

Hi ,

Newbie to QV, I had a straight table with a column name "server_name", and servers are the values.

I would like to make the column values (servers) as url's links where it opens me the link dynamically with column value.

Eg: http://thisisfixedvalue/<column value>

Column value(servers) should be passed dynamically on hitting the column value in straight table.
