Percentage Bar Graph

Have an urgent question about displaying a percent bar graph. I cant get the right expression. I've attached a sample excel with the desired result.

What I want to achieve is to display the POS percentages in a bar graph. The percentages are already calculated so that's where I'm lost. I started with sum(POS) as an expression and columns Transition and All as dimensions. But its not working out.

How would you calculate these percentages outside QlikView? I have no idea how you reaching these numbers to be able to suggest you anything

In this scenario I dont want to use Qlikview for calculation rather for a dynamic visualization.

Just figured it out, I didnt need to put an expression I simply put, =POS(name of column).
