Performance issues

I m running a qlikview application using V11.2 SR5.

the application is running very well most of the time but suddenly the application freezes.

is there any problem with SR5?

nothing is running on the server at the same time.

the server is 128 GB and with two processors and in general the application is extreemly fast.
