Hi QlikView folk,
I'm brand new to QlikView and am starting my foray into your product through the tutorials. I've done design work in the past using many different UI/Visual
What I'd like to ask for (don't know if it exists as a plug-in or if it's a feature request) is a photoshop-style set of tools to remove misclicking issues.
Examples:
- Click on box vs. move box
- Multiple box select holding Ctrl
- Guides
- Rulers
- Rectangular select (inclusive on touch of object / whole object must be enclosed / removal from selection
- Layers
...
Adobe has worked on this product for years and has found a way to keep users happy with simple tools. True, there is a gentle climb to learn to use these features, but once you get going, time is minimized.
