Pivot Table / Above() Function Help

Please could someone provide an example on how to create a pivot table like below?

The %change is calculated with the %above function.  I wish to place it below FY14 instead of as a column (i.e. to the right with the Wins column) and apply conditional format to all 3 cells (i.e. FY15, FY14 and %Change) if %Change is either >=0 (Green) or <0 (Red).
