Pivot Table making

Hi,

I am trying to achieving something like this in the Total Sales. this is a report combined by two tables. the tables are main sales and Sub sales... i am attaching the three excels.. help me to tell me how it can be done in qlikview....

A customer may have values for Main sales and may not have for sub sales also in the vice versa...

for eg. customer 'g' have values for for main sales, but not in sub sales and customer 'h' has value in sub sales and not in main sales. both conditions are to be made in the Total Sales.....

i have also having a strange issue.. i am pulling data from oracle and when i try to reload.. i am getting error like 'odbc read failed'..

you have any such experience?
