Pivot table expressions

Hi All,

I have a pivot table with 2 dimensions, Domain and Region. I have transposed one of the dimensions,Region. I earlier had only 1 expression(sales). There is a new requirement now to show the count of records for every domain(not region). How can I acheive this

Domain	Area1	Area2	Area3	Count by Domain
Retail	45	32	12	10
Pharmacy	23	10	11	12
Banking	22	33	44	14

Please let me know. !
