Pivot table

Hi,

trying to to make a pivot in QV, eqvivalent of the below excel one. I cannot figure out how to do it.

Any ideas?

Pls find attached excel example and QV file.

if you tweek alignments on the rightmost chart and set it to fully expanded, then it's pretty close:
