Please can anyone help me with the following questions

1)  I am trying to present a dashbaord on the qlikview web, however, when I filter to show details for one user (X)  in the list box object, other users are not greyed out in the in the straight table object.

2) I am struggling to logout from the web version.

1) Could be the reason there cookies? Ask him to remove Cookies and check

2) LogOut from where? Are you doing any Java / .net SSO in your Application

For the second question: No, I am trying to log out from qlikview web ( If someone else wants to login using the same browser, it logs in as me)
