Hi,
We currently inherit a legacy dashboard that has a fairly complicated data model and calculation needs to pull data from multiple tables. I attached the simplified data model and correct/wrong calculation. The issue happens when an application doesn't have an incident in a month, say March, Apr, and May. Then Qlikview automatically removed these months from the calculation. The correct way should include availability hours and app count regardless if there's an incident that month. If no incident, Hour Lost should be 0. Can anyone please take a look and make a recommendation of how to fix this issue? Thanks!
to show missing values as 0 i beleive you will need to generate missing data. check this blog post.
