Previous monthYear value selection on Current fiscal Year

How can i get the Previous monthYear selection on Current fiscal Year.

My fiscal year starts from November to October,

Example:

Suppose Fiscal year=2012-2013 selected in the list box, i need to get the value for 2011October .
