Printing from Web / Server Table not printing or export to Excel correctly

Hello,

We are running QlikView Server 11.20 SR 12.

We tested with Desktop 11.20 (SR 11, 12, 13)

In Desktop I can print, but when I do it from the Web Server Interface it does not do it correctly. I get the following message "<<image>>" in the fields were I have graphs.

I have also noted that the graphs do not export to Excel only the values they represent. Is there a way to change this?
