This is very intresting question for all of us to calculate PRORATA.
The question is:
Example: For Office 'A' I am planning to hire 40 people by the end of Dec 2010. So I will start my process to recruit people from this month onwards only. Here I need to equally distribute this 40 openings to each month equally. That is Sep 10, Oct 10, Nov 10, Dec 10. If I hire 7 people in this month then, the remaining will be 40-7=33 and these 33 will be equally distributed for next 3 month when I see the report on 1st October and so on. It should be done dynamically.
