Problem Installation QlikView with Oracle DB

Hello.
I installed QlikView 11.20.11922.0 SR2 64 bit Edition (x64)  (free version) on my pc Windows 7 .

I installed:

•    Instant Client Package - Basic 10.2.0.2.0
     Instant client Package - ODBC 10.2.0.2.0

I lanched odbc_install

I open qlikView

I added ODBC.

I configurated tnsnames.ora
I go in Administration ODBC 64 bit -->

          in TNS Service Name I don t load the TNS Service Name because no value is in the pick

If I select Administration ODBC 32 bit, I configure my db connection, but I don t connect and the error msg is

f - SqlState: 08004, ErrorCode: 12154, ErrorMsg: [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-12154: TNS: impossibile risolvere l'identificativo di connessione specificato

This is a problem with the configuration of the oracle driver. It has nothing to do with Qlikview. It's impossible to tell from here what the actual cause of the problem is. Maybe the connection defined in tnsnames.ora is not correct. You can probably find more information on oracle related forums if you search the internet for ORA-12154 then you will find here.
