Problem of the column display when print

The report display correctly in the report designer, however, when you click Print, the column does not display correctly. It display #### on date column.

I try to re-size it and print, it print fine. However, the next time when you run the same report the problem occur again. it doesn't save the column width.

I the report Properties> Presentation tab, i have Multiline Settings set to Wrap Cell Text- cell height line = 2
