We have recently started upgrading all our servers to the latest QV12.20 November Qlikview release.
We have successfully installed this on three servers so far.
However on the third install the Send to Excel option does not work correctly for some users. (note it works for them ok on our other two installations on other servers)
When using Google Chrome and they click the Send to Excel option, the pop up does not appears. If they then return to the access point and then open the document again, the pop up then appears.
It works for these users in IE and also works for them on the other two upgraded servers using Google Chrome, but not the third.
Anyone else had this issue?
Note this is only a small amount of users, and it works for them ok on other servers.
I'm having the same issue, did you get it resolved?
Even we faced the same issue before.We had problem with both IE and Chrome.
After installed the latest service pack ,issue got resolved.

We found it to be a caching issue, once users cleared their cache it worked fine. The issue was limited to a handful of users
