Problem with general Total in pivot table, and other

I have a pivot table (see in the picture), I have two problems:

1) I don't see the grand total at the bottom of the table, but only on the right divided by each year, and I don't even see the grand total on the right

2) I would need to do a set analysis for current month - 12 (month is the one marked in red) and not all months for selected years, but only for current year, current month - 12, my current expression is Sum(CONSUMI_SMC)
