Production Server Configurations

Hello everyone ,

I have a UAT machine whose configuration is:

Operating System: Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard (64 bit edition)

    QlikTech Product :QlikViewServer 64-bit Edition (x64)

  Product Version :12.0.20100.0

   CPU Target:: x64

    Number of CPUs: 2

    Physical RAM(MB) 8191

now for production preparations:

1.     Do we need both Server edition and publisher OR just Server edition?

              2.      Do we need two separate license for both UAT and production, or one can be leveraged

Hi Avneet,

1.     Do we need both Server edition and publisher OR just Server edition? That would depend upon what you have actually bought from Qlik as Publisher requires a separate licence.

2. Yes, you would need a test licence if you intend to have both systems running at the same time.
