Proxy problem

Hi All, In my office we access internet through a proxy with port 8080. Because of this, I think, the loading of data from web files, is not working. Is there any setting change i have to make for internet access through proxy.

is there a way to configure proxy server on Qlikview12.20 SR1? we are facing the same problem with Google maps.
