Pull in rows only up till a column value reaches certain sum

Hi,

Is there any way to pulll data in qlikview only till a column value reaches certain sum. For example, attached spreadsheet has three columns; Priority, Project, & Budget. I want qlikview to first sort the data by priority, then sort by name, then pull projects only till the sum of budget reaches $2.5 M. So here in this example only project from Project A to Project I will be pulled in and rest will be ignored. Any way to do this? Every help is very much appreciated.

Hi Ram,

Is there any way to include one more record? For example now the script is pulling Project A to Project I as the cumulative budget sums to ~$2.4m which is less than $2.5m. Now that we have $100,000 left (2.5m-2.4m), I want to include next project too. This will indicate to users that the we can do project J, but we only have partial budget. I don't want to completely ignore Project J as we have $100,000 to spend on it. Any way to do this? Thanks in advance for helping. I appreciate it.
