Hi,

I have added a user to an application under distribute tab in QMC. But the user is not able to see the application from accesspoint eventhough he is added in the application.

Can any one help me in investigating this issue?

Thanks

Hi,

You have to create new user and give them to administrative right in the same server where your applicaion placed.

Go to >control panel>admonistrative tool>computer management>local user and group>right click on user>select new user>give user name and password>check user cant change password>click on member off>click on add>click on advance> click on find>click on find now>select administrator>ok

Now you can access the url of qvw file from any computer in your network with the same user name and password that you have created in server system with administrative right.

As you don't have any Authorizarion tab, you are probably using NTFS security.

This means, that the user need access to the file/folder, where the .QVW is stored.

You can grant this in Windows by right-clicking the file, choosing Properties and adding the user in the securuty tab.
