Hi,
I have a report with several items. When I open an item, e.g. a graph, and open the dialog "Print Settings" on the General-Tab, I can enter a "Heading Text". But in the report this heading text never appears... is this a bug or is there something special to consider?
Thanks a lot in advance,
Martin
Hi:
Try to set print settings for the whole report. One by one object print settings will probably work only when you print that particular object.
Sometimes I use text objects in my reports to hold information like date, company logo, etc.
If you want "Heading Text" in your report - you can selec them after hitting print in your report and going to "Header/Footer" tab. Setting that you mensioned is working only if you print that particular object, like Christian said.
Oh ok, so the Print Settings in an item are not about the behaviour in a report but only when I print only this object directly. So the only way to get something like a title bar in a diagram or table is to use the introduction on the data sheet, right? Thanks a lot, Martin
