QV Table Viewer not working after Windows Server update

Hello, in QlikView Desktop on a Windows server, suddenly the Table Viewer looks like the attachment, for all users and all QVWs.  The problem may have started after a  Windows patch.  QV Desktop April 2019 SR1; Windows 2008 SR2 SP1.  Is anyone aware of a remedy?
