QV Task running longer suddenly

Hi All,

One of the QV Task in QMC which used to run for an average duration of 5 mins is running longer for 5.5 hrs.There has been no change in script and I have compared with log file of 5 min run and 5 hr run.Also the data volume is same.

The task ran fine on 28th May, but broke suddenly from 29th May.

I have tried disabling the task, service restart and server restart as well.But none helped .

Could you please help me out with this issue.

@Rema_04

Did you compare the task logs or the document log? The document log (if you have set it to generate one) you can follow the process with time stamps, so you can see where the task reload spends the most time.
If you have one from when it reloaded faster you should compare the two.

you can find instruction on how to enable the document log here.

Reload the manually and monitor if it still takes 5mins or observer stages that you see are taking longer

There could be changes in script / transformations that are taking longer
