Qlik Sense Nprinting - created report can't be edited

Hi,

I created a Report in Qlik Sense Nprinting.

The report is linked to the app and I am using my own template however, when I try to edit it (i.e. pull data to it from the app) the "Edit template" does not work.

I tried Chrome and IE and also tried without the template... no luck.

Any idea what can be done here?

Just FYI,the answer is in having the correct version of Npriting installed locally.
