When end users create their own qlikview objects in a server environment is there a performance hit for when these objects are recalled next time they create a session versus if the objects were actually included within the master QlikView application?
I'm only guessing, but I'd guess there's a minor one. I think that a QlikView application used by multiple people will load slowly once, then be buffered. I would suspect that a collaboration object is treated independently of this, and will only be loaded and used when that specific user pulls it up. So a typical user, not being the first to access the document, might be expected to see slightly slower performance for their own objects as they're loaded for the first time.
Total guess, and I'd be curious to hear from someone with actual experience or testing results.
