QlikView Doc CAL Lisence

Dear All,

I have 10 Doc CAL Lisence on server

I assigned 6 DOC CAL to User but its show only 1 remaining only instead of 4.

I checked on QMC under User Document Tab against each dashboard total sum of assigned DOC CAL is 6.

Please asist.

Hello,

Do same as i say

- backup caldata.pgo from

- backup your meta files and shared files of Published application.

after that delete shared and meta file from publish folder.

remove Caldata.pgo file from qliktech folder (from both places)

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Documents  and

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Qlikview server

then check you have 10 doc cals without assigned.

hi,

actually doc cal stored in any application and you have deleted that apps.

but the cal stored in any meta,caldata.pgo.,

so you have to restore step by step.

Help Required Issue is not resolved.

I restored all deleted dashboard.

Any Way to restored DOC CAL?

You might have deleted an application without removing cal.
