Dear Noman,

You might have deleted an application without removing cal.

This document might help you recover the same.

Dear noman,

Can you remove  Caldata.pgo file from the folder and put backup .

path of caldata    ---->   C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Documents

Cal information is stored in Caldata.pgo file.

again give access to users.

Regards

Vimlesh

Are you sure there is not another qvw app that got the other doc licenses assigned? Maybe its because of the quarantine time?

Yes i am sure..there is no qvw dashboard exists which show quarantine time

did you delete/replace a .qvw file that was there before and had users allocated?

If this is the case - I think you have to remove the users manually before removing/deleting the qvw file.

You can do this by saving a qvw file with the exact name and in the same folder as the one before so that it appears again in the QMC.

A long time ago, I think I had this issue. Try re-creating the original QVW file - it can be any content, but must have exactly the same name as the one deleted. Then you will be able to remove the allocated Doc CAL from it. Then you can delete the QVW again.

Hope it works

if you still have the files, place them back in the accessible folders or create them new / dummies  but with the same names e.g. MyApplication.qvw  ...this should be enough that the QMC shows them again (even if they are dummies). Then you should be able to remove each user document cal as you would assign them in the QMC in the menu that you described before
