It depends on MS Excel version:

It is perhaps like:

Excel 2003 -> it was 65,536 rows

Excel 2010+-> 1,048,576

So upgrade ms office if in the scope.

Hi,

I dont think it was excel export issue.

Check your net speed and CPU/RAM utilization of Server machine when you export data.

Hi Vijay,

When we export to excel in access point, the excel gets generated in the version of Excel defined in the version of QV you are using. I suspect that the QV version you have uses MS Excel 2003, for which the limit of rows is 65536.

We had checked with QV team on this and they said it is not possible to upgrade the version of Excel used. We may have to upgrade to the latest version of QV where MS 2007 is being used.

As a workaround you can export data in .CSV format to resolve export issue.

Regards,
Shiva

Do you know which version of QV uses MS 2007 or higher?
