QlikView User License and Qlikview login IDs

Hi everyone,

I have been facing two problems on our QlikView Server.

Problem 1:

From past few days, I have been able to assign licenses to users through Management Console.

As shown in snapshot above, when ever I goto the Documents tab on console and in order to assign DOC cals, click on the two small people logo on extreme right, the above window opens. If suppose I want to assign a license to usama.anwar, I write usama.anwar* so it searches the user name and shows it in the below column. This has not been working from past few days.

Problem 2:

I have two login IDs for my QlikView Server, User_1 and User_2. Any QlikView document/ dashboard developed/ created by User_1, can be opened nu User_2, but it can not be reloaded/ amended/ edited and vice versa with User_2.
