QlikView v9 Ops Monitor - Sessions Calls / Starts

Hi,

Does anyone know the difference between Session Calls and Session Starts on the QlikView v9 Ops Monitor?

As you can see with session calls the figures are greater for particular documents but i thought the best indicator of document usage would be the count of session starts.
