We are palnning the upgrade of Qlikview software from 11.20 SR4 to 11.20 SR12.
Can you please mention few points that we need to take care, and about the process.
DO i need to uninstall existing software manually before upgrading?

Your existing version will work without problems. So, you can upgrade the server first and, at a more opportune time, upgrade the desktop versions.
Follow the update instructions, but here are a few differences I know you will experience between SR4 and SR12.

Thanks for your inputs,
In Current setup i have an issue that in QMC "Task Hisory" is not visible", it was working fine initially, we had changed Max log Records to 50 as well, no change, is this issue fixed in SR12 autoatically, or something i need to do in current version and then migrate to SR12.

Read the Release Notes for SR12 to find out what changes and bugs are fixed.
