Qlikview 11.20 SR 4 Upgrade to Qlikview11.20 SR12

Dear Experts,

We are palnning the upgrade of Qlikview software from 11.20 SR4 to 11.20 SR12.

Can you please mention few points that we need to take care, and about  the process.

DO i need to uninstall existing software manually before upgrading?

We are using QvSAPOLAPConnector.dll 5.80 SR2 , is this compatible with Qlikview 11.20 SR12, or do i need to consider QV SAP Connector for upgrade?

I'm not sure. If the answer is not in the Release Notes for the QV & SAP Connector, check with QT Support. Or perhaps someone else here knows for sure.
